I used all my red neckties to piece together this Valentine Tie Quilt
With a smart white silk handkerchief in the pocket!I used the narrow end of the neckties for this background, and the fat end of the pink tie for the pocket.
I guess if I want to use it for the opposites theme you can find circles and squares; and pointy and flat ends going in opposite directions!
It's fairly simply done with machine stitching and some free motion stitching for the hearts.
