Hello Quilters!
The other day while my DH was home, and had his eye on the football games… I decided to check out some other Quilting bogs. I came to one that really gave me some inspiration… in a new way to applique’ and this is probably just about the most favorite thing I love to do with Quilting.
I am truly always drawn to every appliqué quilt. I just love them so much.
Today I was practicing…. On the new technique. I must say… I really love it. I am sure she will not mind me letting you all go check it out. If others have done this already… well, I have not until today. It really makes it so much easier, and I just love it so. I have many quilting items lined up. Especially with fall just around the corner, and that this hot weather will start to cool down some! I looked up that fall is Sept. 22 in the northern areas. Yet in the southern areas it is Sept. 23rd. Never knew that it was different. What a day of learning new things! !!!! LALALALAL!
Feeling great today! A lot of rain in our area today, yet I have taken time to hand wash several knick-knacks… that I will be putting out for fall. I LOVE FALL! Before I close here, I am going to share a wonderful Christmas Quilting Book!
Going back now to draw some more on the freezer paper. Making up my own designs.
