Fussy Cut Scrappy Square-a-Thon

So, I made a few more of these blocks ...
All the fabric is either from my scrap drawer or stash ...
I'm not buying any new fabric for this quilt ...
The fussy cuts are getting pretty eclectic ....
Just the way I like it ...
The squares finish at 12.5 inches ...

It's pretty fun and addictive making these ...
These are definitely going to need some nice calm fabric around them for sashing in the finished quilt.

On another note, my son started kindergarten this week. I have been thinking about him a lot while he is at school. The other day I was remembering how at his preschool, his teacher asked me once if I minded that he coloured every picture he did using basically every crayon in the box. He would fill the space that was a house for example, with little squares and patches of a whole rainbow of colours.
Anyway...
1. Of course I don't mind. I think it's great.
2. I think I know where he gets it from.
