I'm really thrilled to be one of the first new bloggers on The Art Quilt Blog -- my sincere appreciation to Chris Daly for establishing this terrific venue for promoting art quilters.

My passion lies in creating art quilts that reflect my love affair with color; I share Danny Kaye's philosophy that "the world is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint you can on it." My machine-pieced and appliquéd constructions are layered with cotton batting and backing and are then machine-quilted with rayon threads to add dimension and shine.
Music and mathematics are my muses, and I focus on exciting fabric combinations, lyrical motifs, and precise workmanship. My pieces are designed to enhance the environments of homes and corporate settings alike, and I am available for commissions of all types.
I invite you to visit my web site here and my personal blog here; please drop by and leave a comment -- I'm excited to be connecting with fellow art quilters and kindred souls.
