Small quilts and throws.

I've had fun quilting some smaller quilts and throws recently. 

Lisa made this cute little baby quilt. The person that she made it for doesn't know if they are having a boy or girl she she made it in these greens. I think it's really pretty.

Judy made this full throw. The little vintage dolls are so cute. She wanted custom quilting to make those dolls pop!

Baby Boy Quilts

Mary Ann made these darling baby boy quilts and had me machine quilt them for her. 

My daughter just loved this Dr. Suess quilt.

She also made these two darling Monkey Boy quilts using my little tutorials :)

They all turned out super cute!

Machine Quilting - Baby Quilts

I've machine quilted a few darling baby quilts recently. 

Thought I'd share just how darling they are.

I thought that this one turned out super cute. Those little applique monkeys are just darling!

This one is super soft, it's minky squares on the top and the backing is also minky.

and this simple baby boy quilt made by Cori., super duper cute!

Swirls and babies!

 Jane sent me this darling Dot Party Quilt, designed by Julie of Jaybird Quilts, to be quilted. She asked for custom quilting.

So I.

Quilted some flowers in the centers of each of the dots.

Then quilted a lot of swirls.

It turned out so cute!

Ruth sent me this darling baby girl quilt.

She wanted an all over machine quilting design.

So I quilted flowers and vines all over it.

So cute and soft!

Perfect for a baby girl!

Transforming a Baby Quilt

 My sweet customer Bev brought me this baby quilt. 

She really wanted the quilting to give the simple quilt some detail. 

So........

First I added the babies initials. Using our starch applique technique.

Then I headed to the quilting machine. I did all custom quilting.

I think the back, with the minky turned out really cute too!
