Lynn's Sunflower Quilt: "Indian Summer"

Before Have you ever done this? Taken an older work of art (quilt above) and added to it to make it something brand new? That's what I did here. This was my "Seeds of Hope I" art quilt from a 2009 and I added petals and beads making it into a sunflower for the upcoming Yolo County Sunflower show for Mental Health in May. After I had great fun sewing and gluing more beads to the heavily machine felted flower head, and using fabric paint to change some of the color!
She is rich in color and texture!
She'll show in May and has a price tag of $200 part of which goes to help mental illness!
She can sell anytime, but the buyer has to wait for her show dates

to receive their purchase!
