This striking quilt was made by Vicki and I enjoyed bringing out the compass points with echo quilting (photo above). I also liked how the quilting showed up on the back of the quilt (opposite).Vicki said the quilt comes from Judy Mathieson’s book “Mariner’s Compass Quilts – New Directions”.
