Petals {Bee Block}

I just finished making this darling little block for Tracey in my VIB group. I love how it turned out so I just couldn't wait until Monday to share :)

Tracey asked us to each make a 16" block with the theme "Petals" so I played off of my new Petals pattern and came up with this.

Okay, now maybe I can enjoy the weekend. Hope you do too!

V.I.B.'s {block exchange}

This month is Corey's month. She choose dresden plates. I'm loving them. I am thinking that when it's my month I may be tempted to do dresdens as well....

Interwoven Star for Kate

I just finished making this Interwoven Star for Katie in our VIB group.

I didn't have enough of the Kona background fabric so I just used a light print. I think it turned out pretty cool, I think I will make more of these blocks in the near future!

Bee Block {for Amy}

So far this year I'm doing good at keeping on top of my bee blocks!

I received Amy's fabric in the mail yesterday and whipped out this fun block.

Bee Block {for Kelly}

February is Kelly's month in our Bee group. She is making and Ode to Half Square Triangle. She asked us to make a 12" block using only HST's.

V.I.Bees

I've joined in another Bee group, the V.I.Bees!

I'm excited about this group, the ladies are all cute ladies and have fun ideas.

Today I received my first batch of fabric in the mail, I was so excited about it I put everything down and made the first block for Cherie!

I think that it's pretty cute.
